These are the ingredients that you will need:

1 can of Mixed Pulses - £1.00 from Sainsbury's

Skimmed Milk - 49p from ALDI

Paprika Spice - 41p from ALDI

Salt - 21p from ALDI

Pepper - £1.19 from ALDI
OPTIONAL: Feel free to add any other spices!

Drain the can of Mixed Pulses and mash in a saucepan

Add a glass of milk and heat up the saucepan on a hob on a medium heat

As it is heating add salt, pepper and paprika

Add paprika (or optional spices) until desired amount
-
Keep stirring until milk boils

As it gets hotter it will turn into a paste

Keep adding milk for a desired thickness
ONCE COOKED POUR INTO A BOWL AND WHEN IT COOLS DOWN IT IS THEN READY TO EAT!
