These are the ingredients that you will need:

1 chicken breast - 75p from Malpass Markets

1 vegetable stir-fry kit - £1.00 from Sainsbury's

Paprika Spice - 41p from ALDI
-
Ginger Powder - 41p from ALDI
-
Salt - 21p from ALDI
-
Pepper - £1.19 from ALDI

Light Soy Sauce - 47p from ALDI
OPTIONAL: Feel free to add any other spices!

Add a smidge of oil to a pan and put on a high heat

Whilst oil is heating, dice chicken breast

Once diced add to pan with vegetable stir-fry kit

Spread soy sauce lightly into the pan

Add in paprika, salt and pepper to taste - the more paprika, the spicier!

Add a teaspoon of ginger powder

Keep stirring and reduce to medium heat until vegetables are cooked

Reduce to a low heat until chicken is cooked through
ONCE CHICKEN IS FULLY-COOKED IT IS THEN READY TO EAT!
